MDM & SCM Team Leader

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

  • Leading MDM and SCM teams,
  • Hiring, on-boarding and training team members,
  • Setting objectives, developing and motivating team members,
  • Ensure high quality and timeliness of the tasks delivered by the team,
  • Track the performance of processes and services delivered, prepare statistics and reports related to MDM and SCM,
  • Ensure that processes and operating procedures are harmonized, clearly defined and documented,
  • Support and contribute to ongoing improvement of internal procedures and methods of work,
  • Build and maintain close working relationships with the stakeholders and functional managers, set up regular calls, escalate issues and propose solutions,
  • Effective managing the flow of information between SBC and stakeholders/ functional managers,
  • Effective internal collaboration and communication within Customer Operations department and SBC.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Educational Background in Management, Economy, Data Analytics or similar,
  • Min. 2-3 years of professional experience in a leadership role,
  • Fluent spoken and written English,
  • Knowledge of SAP,
  • Excellent user knowledge of MS Office applications,
  • Strong leadership skills,
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiations skills,
  • Experience in working in an international environment,
  • Customer oriented mindset,
  • Good understanding of complex business processes,
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills,
  • Ability to work on and own initiatives.
