- Leading MDM and SCM teams,
- Hiring, on-boarding and training team members,
- Setting objectives, developing and motivating team members,
- Ensure high quality and timeliness of the tasks delivered by the team,
- Track the performance of processes and services delivered, prepare statistics and reports related to MDM and SCM,
- Ensure that processes and operating procedures are harmonized, clearly defined and documented,
- Support and contribute to ongoing improvement of internal procedures and methods of work,
- Build and maintain close working relationships with the stakeholders and functional managers, set up regular calls, escalate issues and propose solutions,
- Effective managing the flow of information between SBC and stakeholders/ functional managers,
- Effective internal collaboration and communication within Customer Operations department and SBC.
- Educational Background in Management, Economy, Data Analytics or similar,
- Min. 2-3 years of professional experience in a leadership role,
- Fluent spoken and written English,
- Knowledge of SAP,
- Excellent user knowledge of MS Office applications,
- Strong leadership skills,
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiations skills,
- Experience in working in an international environment,
- Customer oriented mindset,
- Good understanding of complex business processes,
- Strong organizational and analytical skills,
- Ability to work on and own initiatives.
