您的工作职责

  • Weighing module business management (40%)
    • Deliver responsible WM product family sales results, achieve annual budget
    • Define and execute the marketing strategy, initiatives
    • Support MOs and distributors in the scope of technology, applications and business new opportunities capture by fast and professional consulting
    • Submit business reports according to management requirements
  • Be global weighing module business strategic partner (10%)
    • As regional product engineer, provide insights and inputs in next generation WM family NPDI development, build influence in global WM strategy
    • Start to learn how to lead the global milestone review especially in M100&M200 stage
    • Customer pain points insights and customer values development, by GTC, MOs discussion and other market researches
    • Efficient collaboration with SPGs, RMM to shorten new offering's time to markets
  • Professional marketing outputs (40%)
    • Show good skills in logic data analysis, marketing tools use, and ideas & reports presentation
    • Manage daily marketing tasks in ways of priority to the important matters, cost efficient and following up standard MT PLM
    • Build strong marketing package which includes but not limits in pricing, datasheet, brochure, website content, Video and WM demos and so on, Leverage global OEM SFG package
    • Markets/Applications/competition analysis, delivery business plan and tactics
  • Others (10%)
    • Work closely with QA, R&D, operation and marketing organization teams on quality cases. Quality first Mindset
    • E2E collaboration with supplier chain, operation and MO teams to better support customers in shorter lead time and higher OTD
    • Customer focus, continue to improve customer satisfaction
    • A good understanding in MT sales channels and leverage organization resource

您的成功要素

  • Education: Bachelor or above degree in science and engineering direction
  • Working experience: At least 2 years in product management or sales marketing direction or 3 years in project management. A good record in previous job
  • Overseas study or working experience is a plus
  • Additional sales and marketing experience is a plus
  • MBA is a plus
  • Professional skills
    • Strong communication and presentation skills, can build strong cooperation with cross functions / cross cultures teams
    • Fluent English in both written and oral
    • Open minded, willing to learn new knowledge
    • Logical and analytical thinking
    • With good judgment, ability to work independently under pressure
  • Be able to travel in China locally and globally
