Inside Sales Agent

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Sales International is the Market Organization taking care for more than 100 countries in all regions of the world. We provide solutions and services to our customers via indirect channels. 

To strengthen our Sales International team, which is located in our global operational Headquarter in Greifensee, Zurich we are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Agent 100% (f/m/d).

In this role, your responsibilities would include: 
  • You will process incoming calls from Partners and Customer related to leads and opportunities, as well as to administrative and operational questions (i.e. coordinate technical support)
  • You will edit selected quotes for Partners, ensuring the follow-up, revision and closing and the same also for First Level Products without Channel Partners
  • Furthermore you will process Due Diligence and 3rd Party screening for dedicated accounts and assure validity of contracts with Channel Partners and maintain CRM/ERP datas
  • Additionally you will analyse and manage account receivables administration and support Market Managers and Business Managers in organizing Channel Partner trainings and events
  • Last but not least you will support and cooperate closely with Logistic Shared Service Center in daily operation

What You Need to Succeed

Following requirements are necessary for this role: 
  • You have a technical and/or business administration degree with a high interest in technology 
  • You have first working experience within a global industrial and/or manufacturing sales or service environment would be a big asset 
  • Microsoft Office (obtaining knowledge / preparation of data) skills are required for this position, SAP knowledge is a strong plus
  • You have structured and strong analytical skills, entrepreneurial thinking and you are abilite to communicate across different teams with various cultural background
  • We expect good verbal and written communication skills in English (C1) and German (B2), further languages like Spanish or French would be of advantage
