Team Leader and Key Account Representative

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a collaborative relationship with the AutoChem Sales Manager to support in leading the successful delivery of both the AutoChem Business Unit’s Strategies and the UK Market Organisation’s business objectives.
  • Assist the AutoChem Sales Manager in the development and execution of strategic programs to achieve the AutoChem Sales Target and sustainably deliver sales growth
  • Utilise Mettler Toledo’s Account Development Strategies to grow Key Account Revenue and to coach the AutoChem Field Sales Team in the successful development of new accounts
  • Establish a positive role in the Lab Leadership Team, fostering good relations with all members and proactive involvement in the Laboratory Division’s initiatives
  • Successfully grow revenue in a defined list of Key Account customers by positioning the value of AutoChem instruments
  • Build credibility and trust, and inspire and engage every member of the AutoChem Sales Team to drive personal and revenue growth by leading with example

What You Need to Succeed

  • Proven track record in capital equipment sales
  • Sales experience within Laboratory market and UK customer base
  • Excellent communication and time management skills required
  • high level of emotional intelligence
