Back Office Manager for MEC Region

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

As a Back Office Manager you will be responsible for leading local back office Teams and be the process owner of all sales and service support operations. 
In this role you will be responsible for unifying processes in MEC Region: 6 countries (Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia, Croatia). In each country there is a Team Leader responsible for the local team, who will be reporting to you. 
The position is based in Warsaw.

Your main responsibilities:
  • Leading Back Office team in MEC, which supports multiple operation types, like: logistic, invoicing, dispatching/scheduling, service contract administration.
  • Providing standardization of back office processes in all MEC units.
  • Participating in future SAP implementation process/ key partner for SAP implementation team.
  • Defining and controlling of adequate KPIs, measuring performance against set targets and ensuring successful cooperation with all departments in the company.
  • Providing continuous improvement of internal procedures and methods of work of the supervised unit.

What You Need to Succeed

  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience and 2 years of team management experience.
  • Master's degree in business administration, economic, technical or similar field.
  • Very good communication skills in English (C1).
  • Knowledge of back office processes in sales and service. 
  • User experience of CRM, ERP systems.
  • Analytical skills, ability to manage multiple data and advanced knowledge of Excel.
  • Change management experience and competencies. 

That would be your additional asset: 
  • Project management experience.
  • Practical “end user” knowledge of SAP.
  • SQL queries knowledge.

This role requires availability for travel abroad approx. 20% of work time.
