- Being the point of support for our partners, managing technical problems that arise from implementation of our portfolio of retail scales. Supporting them on hardware and software issues.
- Organizing and conducting project kick-off workshops and trainings with our partners and their services technicians’ team.
- Participating in Pilot installations that include on-site trainings to our distributors.
- Being the point of contact to solve via remote, email, phone, products’ technical issues.
- Supporting and training our distributors on the use and configuration of our software applications.
- Supporting our distributors in the integration of our software applications with the key accounts ERPs.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
- Promoting and mantling the liaison with our manufacturers and engineers to solve and clarify hardware issues
- Professional or Vocational Education, or Bachelor degree in either electronic or mechanical field and/or computer science or similar qualification.
- Experience in maintenance support and pre-sales service.
- Familiar with Windows and Linux, able to install and uninstall software on both operating systems and manage the directory of software installed.
- Familiar with at least one relational database and proficient in SQL.
- Experience in dealing with network problems is preferred.
- Strong ability to analyze technical issues and to convey technical information.
- Excellent analytic skills and customer oriented.
- Good English and Spanish communication skills. The communication with our partners mainly is in English and Spanish.
- Strong Italian´s knowledge is highly desirable.
- Availability to travel around the region assigned twice or three times per year.
- Permanent Contract and competitive target salary (Fixed + Bonus). Scheduling work of 40 hours per week.
