- As a Scrum Master, you establish the methodologies used in the scrum teams and you are responsible for the organization and moderation of ceremonies in agile process methods.
- You support the teams by identifying and removing impediments. You establish effective retrospectives and assure that the defined measures are implemented
- As a sparring partner and coach, you support the product owners in the PI and sprint planning
- You take an active part in the further development of the team and the implementation of the continuous improvements
- You support and advise the organization in our agile transformation

- You have proven track record and solid experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment is a must for this role (3 years or more with relevant trainings/certifications)
- Good understanding of the fundamentals and principles of agile such as Scrum, Scaled Scrum or SAFe are mandatory
- You communicate fluent in English, German language skills are a big plus
