Intern - eLearning Development & Record Maintenance

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities


Our Service team is looking for a summer intern to:

  • Review current Quality training materials to develop a course outline
  • Interview employees to understand how they would take the course and use it in their daily work
  • Learn the tools available, including SharePoint and Articulate Rise
  • Develop an online training course using various multimedia content such as videos, graphics, Q&A modules, etc.
  • Deploy the training course and provide an introduction to staff
  • Convert data set of records from XML to PDF file type
  • Utilize lookup functions in MS Excel to correlate metadata
  • Enter metadata for a large data set of PDF records
  • Maintenance of SharePoint database
  • Transition existing excel reports to Tableau

What You Need to Succeed

  • Currently pursuing a degree from an accredited college or university
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Willing to learn new software tools to translate the outline to online content
  • Able to communicate ideas and concepts clearly
  • Team player, resourceful, curious, open to feedback
  • Positive, energetic, optimistic attitude, not afraid to roll up your sleeves
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Experience with the following is a PLUS:

    • Microsoft InfoPath
    • Microsoft PowerApps
    • Sharepoint
    • Tableau
    • SAP
