Product Manager- TFF/NFF Systems

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Our Product Manager is responsible for overseeing product planning and execution throughout the entire product lifecycle. This includes developing market requirements, identifying customer needs, defining product vision and strategy, positioning products, and creating high-impact marketing and sales materials for product launches and promotions. This role also ensures that the product aligns with the company's overall strategy and goals. Additional responsibilities will include: 
  • Driving continuous product development and innovation for the comprehensive Process Control Systems portfolio to enhance the existing portfolio that includes our Filter Screening System, TFF System Process Control System, 5 Station TTF Screening System, Virus-Depth Filtration System, and Perfusion Controller. 
  • Defining use cases and value propositions for new products and collaborate with the R&D department to determine technical specifications and manage commercial projects. 
  • Planning and implementing global market launches of new products for the biopharmaceutical and vaccine manufacturing industries. 
  • Maintaining and developing the assigned product range, including phase-in/phase-out, growth, quality, and forecasting, and communicating corresponding changes to the market. 
  • Supporting channel partners in country sales organizations with introductions, training, events, and customer training for new products, and assessing new product launch effectiveness. 
  • Collaborating with marketing to develop promotional materials, advertising, product information, and web content. 
  • Conducting business management of products, including tracking and reporting sales volumes, revenues, costs, margins, and trends, forecasting, and portfolio management. 
  • Providing strategy information to sales organization for addressing competitive sales situations and competitive threats.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in biological sciences/biotechnology, engineering, or related science field.
  • 8+ years of general experiences with 5+ years of relevant experience in product management of products targeted to the biopharmaceutical and vaccine manufacturing industries. 
  • Proficiency in biopharmaceutical applications. 
  • Ability to work effectively in collaboration as well as independently. 
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to work in a challenging, fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and delivering high quality products. 
  • Ability to work fully on-site at our office in Princeton, NJ. 
  • Comfortability traveling periodically, around 10-15%.
