- A Service Scheduler is responsible to take a customer service plan, make appointment with and bring together all the resources needed to complete it.
- The Scheduling role involves assembling and coordinating the information, people, materials, equipment, along with all the other necessary resources to get the job done.
- Reviews work orders or complaints from customers.
- Determines and schedules orders according to urgent.
- Bachelor’s degree in any fields.
- 2-3 years experience in service administrative.
- Male / Female not over 35 years.
- Self motivated, energetic and enthusiastic character.
- Good command in English.
- Able to use computer MS office, SAP system is an advantage.
