Dynamic and results driven Telesales Account Manager? Join our team! We are seeking a motivated individual to join our sales force as we contact potential customers and present our company's outstanding products and services. With a focus on achieving sales growth both with existing and new customers, we're looking for someone with experience in management of inbound demands from dedicated target accounts.

What You Need to Succeed

As part of our team, you will be responsible for proactive sales of products, consumables, accessories, and/or service contracts via phone and electronic media to a defined list of customer accounts. You will build quotations on standard products and communicate pertinent information to the customers, providing high-level sales support by ensuring all queries are responded to in an efficient, professional, and timely manner.

Your main goal will be to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives. You will oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, developing new business from existing clients and actively seeking new sales opportunities. Working closely with our Field Sales Representatives, you will follow business processes to handover defined opportunities.

  • Motivated, proactive and enthusiastic salesperson
  • Experienced in meeting targets and working with KPIs
  • Skilled in time management and telephony environment
  • Customer-centric and able to sell based on customer needs
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in data entry and analysis
  • Good knowledge of relevant IT skills and telephone systems
  • Familiar with CRM/SAP systems
  • Quick to learn about product/services.
