SEC Reporting Manager

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

We're looking for a SEC Reporting Manager. This position will be responsible for supporting the external reporting processes and compliance along with performing accounting research projects in accordance with U.S. GAAP. This position will also work with 65 reporting unit controllers regarding accounting and reporting matters, as necessary. In addition, the incumbent will work with our external and internal auditors. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Drive our SEC reporting efforts including the10-K, 10-Q, 8-K and all other SEC filings 
  • Daily interaction with unit controllers in different countries 
  • Manage the internal accounting policy and procedures manual used by the 65 global controllers and provide training as necessary 
  • Support evaluation and implementation of new accounting standards 
  • Work closely with the Tax, Treasury, Investor Relations and Legal departments concerning issues for public disclosure. 
  • Work closely with external auditors Assist with monthly reporting and analytical review

What You Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in accountancy or a related field, a CPA and a minimum of 5 years of public accounting and/or industry experience. 
  • Excellent knowledge of SEC rules and regulations and U.S. GAAP 
  • Strong Microsoft Office Knowledge 
  • Experience with financial consolidation software such as Hyperion or SAP would be a plus
