- Providing Support (logistics issues) for Customers in Middle East and Africa (MEA) region.
- Managing customers' orders and assisting customers in providing the most current shipping status on existing orders.
- Export documentation processing. ๐
- Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint (investigating the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem).
- Ensuring and providing quality service to both internal and external customers.
- Arranging of pick-up/transfer of cargo with logistics providers.
- Cooperation with Customers, Financial Dept., Logistics Dept., and Dealer Managers about the conditions of orders and shipments to MEA region.
- Improvement of the Service Level for MEA customers by collecting and analyzing customer information.
- Previous experience in international trade (Payment conditions, Incoterms, etc.),
- Proficiency in English (both spoken and written),
- Customer Service orientation and good communication skills,
- Quality focus and problem-solving skills.
