Sales Administration Specialist with German

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

💥Sales Administration Specialist will be responsible of monitoring all order which are already registered by another team member in order to check if there are any errors, blocks that needs to be corrected, solved to could move forward with the order. In this position you will work on CRM / ERP. Run report for housekeeping, error handling, billing blocks and monitoring delivery status.💥

Your main tasks:
  • Solved errors in orders to released them as fast as possible to our logistic,
  • Run report of billing blocks,
  • Monitoring delivery status,
  • Down payment handling,
  • Ensuring database integrity by validating and correcting data stored into SAP,
  • Sorting out order related queries and obstacles internally and externally,
  • Responding on incoming emails,
  • Being part of the continuous improvements society by identifying areas for process improvement and fulfilling improvement projects

What You Need to Succeed

  • Good knowledge of English (written and spoken - min. B2 level),
  • Good knowledge of German (written and spoken - min. B2 level),
  • Very good MS Office skills,
  • Strong focus to details,
  • Strong customer orientation and service-oriented work,
  • Good understanding of complex business processes
That will be your additional asset: 
  • Experience on similar position,
  • Knowledge of SAP
