Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Process Ownership (40%)
  • Define and maintain hardware asset management strategies. 
  • Develop comprehensive policies and self-service guidance to support IT Hardware Asset Management efforts. 
  • Lead change management initiatives to ensure seamless adoption of new processes and stay ahead of industry trends.
Project Delivery (40%): 
  • Facilitate hardware asset management projects, monitoring progress and managing escalations. 
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of our tracking system for accurate inventory and compliance. 
  • Provide insightful KPI reporting to stakeholders and ensure effective communication throughout project lifecycles. 📊
Continuous Improvement (20%): 
  • Enhance operational efficiency through process improvements and automation. 
  • Drive initiatives that improve the end-user experience throughout the IT asset lifecycle. 
  • Foster a culture of transparency and governance in hardware asset management. 🚀

What You Need to Succeed

  • Solid experience in hardware asset or inventory management (min. 2 years). 
  • Fluent communication in English and excellent presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of hardware asset life cycles and supply chain methods and processes; from purchase through disposal. Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas) 
  • Familiarity with tools like Flexera, ServiceNow, and PowerBI would be a nice-have.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. 
  • Previous experience successfully managing multiple projects and tasks.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and the ability to manage multiple projects.
