CDL Driver and Installer

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

This position requires the individual to have the capability to load semi trailer and secure for transport large vehicle scale weldments, off load scales at various job sites with semi-trailer mounted crane, and install the scale modules onto pre-constructed foundations. This also requires the ability to read blueprints, accurately determine and layout equipment locations and safely use power and hand tools. Excellent customer relation skills are also required for pre-delivery and on site customer contact.  
  • Participate in D.O.T. random testing. 
  • Integrity in managing company related finances is a must (for permits, gas, etc) will be a must. 
  • Problem solving experience. Mechanically inclined. 
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints. 
  • Customer contact skills/ teamwork. 
  • Assist with load scheduling when appropriate to maximize revenue. 
  • Safely manage vehicle, load, equipment and related items required to perform all tasks. 
  • Other duties may be assigned.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Accident free M.V.R. Mobile crane operation knowledge and experience. 
  • High School Graduate Current CDL License 
  • Minimum 2 years verified class 8 driving over the road 
  • Prior fork lift/crane certification preferred. Ability to be certified required. 
Travel Requirements 
 Some weekend travel required. 
Overnight stays - 50%.
