- Provide 1st and 2nd level technical support for Ohaus and MT Online dealers and end users in all technical aspects relating to our weighing, laboratory equipment’s and electro-chemistry products - repairs, trouble shooting, applications, documentation, and product information.
- Resolving product or service problems
- Ensuring and providing quality service to internal and external customers.
- Support and prepare the administration in relation to warranty failures.
- Continuous improvement of technical know-how, language skills and software understanding
- Proficiency in French and excellent English skills.
- Professional experience in Customer or Technical Support would be an asset.
- Good communication and customer-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of SAP would be an asset.
- An educational background in chemistry, biotechnology or similar would be an asset.
