Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

  • Management of the daily operations of PLM corporate applications, ensuring high availability and performance. The main applications are Quanos Schema ST4, Azure DevOps, Siemens Polarion, JFrog Artifactory and Siemens Teamcenter PLM.
  • Creation and distribution of client installation packages.
  • Collaboration with the functional teams, ensuring that the required features are activated in the applications.
  • Monitoring of the suppliers of the application and propose the activation of new features with the goal to improve the end user's productivity.
  • Troubleshooting and resolution of application issues according with the defined SLAs.
  • Performing of regular system monitoring and maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance.
  • Ensuring that the applications are secure and that patches provided by the suppliers are regularly applied.
  • Management of the application licenses and continuously validates that the MT is license compliant with the usage of the application.

What You Need to Succeed

  • At least 2 years of experience in application administration, in particular for complex applications installed on multiple servers.
The knowledge of any of the following applications is a plus.
  1. Quanos Schema ST4.
  2. Azure DevOps.
  3. Siemens Polarion.
  4. Siemens Teamcenter PLM
  5. JFrog Artifactory.
  • Knowledge of configuration management tools, like Software Center or Intune from Microsoft.
  • Knowledge of Windows Server OS. Linux Red-Hat (or any other distribution) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Web Tier applications (e.g. IIS, Apache, JBoss).
  • Experience with change management processes (CMII , ITIL or similar ).
  • Independent, accurate way of working and understanding of complex processes and interdependencies, high problem solving ability.
  • Ability to communicate across different functional team.
  • Excellent team player capabilities and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Responsibilities require working evenings and weekends once a month.
  • Travel requirements up to 10%.
