- Contacting customers, providing offers and contract proposals for existing and new customers;
- Scheduling /Dispatching Slovenian Service Technicians;
- Continuous monitoring of existing contracts and agreements, seeking additional opportunities and all necessary improvements;
- Consistent use of business systems (CRM) that ensure high data quality and transparency;
- Continuous communication with service technicians and all other units in the organization about service sales initiatives and collecting feedback to set new goals and objectives.
- Knowledge Slovenian (a must), English, Croatian;
- V/VI/VII level of education in the relevant field (Business-Economic, technical school);
- Experience using ERP and CRM tools;
- Readiness for continuous learning and development;
- Self-initiative, thoroughness, reliable, resourcefulness, analytical and systematic work;
- High level of responsibility towards work;
- Ability to work in a team and cooperate with colleagues.
