Bilingual Inside Sales Specialist - (French and English)

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

We're looking for an ambitious and driven person to fill our Bilingual Inside Sales Specialist position. You will work with our distributors, direct customers and at times provide high level sales support to both the field organization and end-users within the Canadian Service Organization. The Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for the life cycle of all service leads. Other responsibilities include: 

  • Managing inbound requests through calls or emails from accounts related to leads, opportunities or quotes for service and parts needs 
  • Manage the lead to quote process 
  • Covering service for a diverse product portfolio 
  • May include looking at technical drawings of machines to identify parts 
  • Continuously nurturing potential leads

What You Need to Succeed

  • A Bachelors degree or at least 2 to 3 years of sales, customer service and/marketing experience Bilingual skills in French and English 
  • A daring spirit and a preference for work in a fast-paced sales environment 
  • A confirmed ability and technical acumen to learn our products and sell our service contracts 
  • The ability to communicate product and service knowledge, differentiate from the competition, and solve customer problems 
  • Excellent people skills to create rapport with prospects quickly 
  • Previous inside sales or inbound or outbound call center experience is preferred 
  • Experience using SAP's CRM System is a plus 
  • Ability to travel within Canada and the U.S. 
  • Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
