Service Marketing Internship

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

The Service Marketing Intern will be involved in key projects focused on assisting the Service business.  Initiative/self-motivation and creativity are critical skillsets for success. Ideal candidates are well-rounded with university coursework and potentially professional experiences supporting communicating effectively with our sales and service operations teams and working with the Service Marketing team to drive demand for Service products. Within this role, you will:

  • Coordinate monthly lead program communications and payout reports to field service and sales personnel
  • Assist service marketing managers in customer marketing efforts and internal training efforts regarding new service product launch, including end user communication, email marketing, press release, and training development
  • Provide tracking, analysis, and reporting of 3rd Party marketing efforts
  • Manage standard carry literature program and any changes as required to MT Print Store or literature library
  • Support Search Engine Advertising efforts through content and landing page creation

What You Need to Succeed

  • Must be pursuing a (Sophomore, Junior, or Senior) Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university. Applicable fields of study include Marketing, Communications, Business or Engineering.
  • Proficient-to-advanced M/S Office skills including Excel, Access (or other database) Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • The ability to use presentation skills is also beneficial for the delivery of logistical and informational aspects of training.
  • Excellent follow-through, ability to meet deadlines, decision making and multi-tasking skills, and excellent communication skills.
  • ·         Initiative/self-motivation and creativity.
