In our AutoChem business unit, we develop synthesis, sampling and reaction analysis tools for scientists in pharmaceutical and chemical industries. We provide scientists the information they need to deliver life-changing products. Join our team at our headquarters in Nänikon-Greifensee and support the fast growing service business opportunity within our unit.

Product Manager Service 100% (f/m/d)

In this role, your will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • You are responsible for the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) for service deliverables of all products from idea generation and business justification to product development, introduction and pricing to retirement and obsolescence
  • You will create a long-term service product vision and establish a framework for successful implementation
  • Furthermore you will visit customers as a service coach for self-directed support, idea finding for new service products and trainings
  • You will create the necessary marketing material, service sales initiatives and campaigns to support field sales    
  • Furthermore you will be responsible for the development of service skills, segment/industries expertise, laboratory workplaces and tools with tailored training (eLearning and classroom)
  • Last but not least you will support the development of service software tools to facilitate remote support and troubleshooting

What You Need to Succeed

Following requirements are necessary for this role:

  • You have a bachelor degree in science, business or related field with 3 to 5 years of experience in service and/or product management or related field
  • You are used to engage resources from multiple departments in project discussion and successfully incorporate feedback
  • Demonstrated experience in driving projects and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities
  • You are a team player with good communication and coordination skills and can convince and motivate others
  • You are solution-oriented, work in a structured and organized manner and live an open feedback culture and can address and resolve conflicts
  • We expect a very good command of written and spoken English and German
  • Willing to travel 20%
