5636-Workflow Platform Engineer

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

  • Concepting, developing and implementation of Workflows on our current and future Workflow Platforms. (SharePoint Nintex, SharePoint Online FlowPowerAutomate/PowerApps)
  • Teamwork with the Business Workflow Specialist and the Intranet/Extranet Team
  • Intranet/Extranet Support for Chinese speaking users
  • Ensures that problems and requirements are prioritized and communicated to Intranet/Extranet support organization
  • Communicates with users and identify their requirements related to workflows
  • Contributes to the MO365 Program to ensure adoption of new technologies and platforms
  • Contributes to business requirements delivery and support to your regional Business Units as prioritized through Change Advisory Board and Steering Committee

What You Need to Succeed

• A Bachelor’s degree and three years’ experience in information/knowledge management or equivalent field; or at least five years’ relevant experience specifically in the information/knowledge management field.   
• Experience in communicating with both technical and business teams, helping to bridge gaps of understanding in technical requirements and business needs in the local environment.
• Experience with SharePoint Technologies, such as Nintex and others.
• Experience in organizing information in an aesthetically pleasing way for discussions within project activities to ensure the understandability on DBS and Business side.
• Experience in making things happen, is proactive, balances “analyzing “with “doing”, sets high standards for self, commits to strategy and goals.
• Experience in working with different applications in the collaboration space, such as Wiki platforms, SharePoint and others. Has an affinity for working with various applications and supporting others on how to use them best. 
• Experience and understanding of a global industrial manufacturing company and ability to consult and advice regarding appropriate solutions to meet needs. Experience in establishing effective partnerships within the organization. 
• Demonstrated experience in developing and managing solutions in a corporate, global information service organization, as well as training users in using the applications.
• Fluent in English written and spoken.
• This position has a travel requirement of approximately 10% - 15%,  including both Europe and overseas travel.
