Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
- Support recruiting team with administrative tasks around recruitment processes.
- Maintain candidates database in Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Schedule interviews and balance calendars for interviewers and candidates.
- Daily contact with candidates via phone, email and ATS system to do initial phone screen or provide interview feedback.
- Help with initial applicant screening.
- Support in posting job ads.
What You Need to Succeed
- Familiar with or willing to learn hiring practices and process.
- Experienced in using Outlook, Excel, databases.
- Proficient in English (B2/C1).
- Problem-solver and well-organized person with a great attention to details.
- Presenting outstanding communication skills.
- Able to work independently and as a part of a team.
- Degree in HR, Business or similar field.
