Junior eCommerce Operations Specialist

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

As a member of our eCommerce Team you will act as 1st level support helping our Market Organizations all over the world to grow and use the full potential of solutions we develop. You will help them maintain the Portals (eStores) and solve configuration issues. You will help them manage the end user accounts and all other key elements (configuration, Content Management Sytem). 

Your tasks: 
  • Act as 1st level support to the business (Content management, activation of features, pricing elements update, product information update, execution of cronjobs, generation of basic reports). 
  • Work in Agile Framework (Kanban and Sprint). 
  • Cooperate with Global eCommerce Team during implementation in design and validation of the business requirements, Portal development (preparing data and content of new Portals). 
  • Execute testing activities as per current needs (UAT, RGR). 
  • Provide basic training.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Experience in e-commerce customer support or in a related business. 
  • Proficiency in English is a must.
  • Excellent communications skills, attention to detail, open mind and precision.
  • Ability to work in a team (remote and multinational).
  • Curiosity and willingness to grow in an e-commerce business.
  • Ownership and focus on providing solutions and strong analytical skills.
  • Basic html knowledge.
  • Experience with e-Commerce platforms would be an asset (Hybris, Magento, etc.).
