Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

In this role you will help to improve the trainings strategy, create training material for the M365 Adoption project. Optimize SharePoint Online content and actively support new collaboration and communication project initiatives within METTLER TOLEDO globally. You will collaborate with other teams across units around the globe.

Your tasks: 
  • Creation of Change Management and training material, based on SharePoint Online. 
  • Define and drive training strategy, planning and support the execution globally.
  • UX responsible for global collaboration and communication platform.
  • Optimize the User Experience around SharePoint pages and layout.
  • Follow design guidelines and Corporate Identity.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Proficiency in English written and spoken. 
  • Previous experience gained in international organization (in the area of information management or similar). 
  • Understanding of a global industrial manufacturing company (or equivalent) business/functional needs. 
  • Strong communications skills and demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in an international team environment. 
  • Fast comprehension, flexibility and assertiveness and eager to learn about and make use of new technologies. 
  • Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
  • Knowledge of SharePoint Content Management is nice to have.
