Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

The eBusiness Marketing Department is searching for an energetic, self-starter to fill a summer intern position to assist with various customer relationship management (CRM) data management projects.

Responsibilities will include:
  • Creating, organizing and updating new and existing contacts data with the appropriate contact and account information
  • Processing the leads data in the Customer Relationship Management (SRM) system and availing it for national and international account managers
  • Improve data quality for SAP migration. Improve installation and account address datasets
  • Assisting with various data entry, update and cleansing activities and projects
  • Assisting with marketing dashboard design projects

What You Need to Succeed

  • Basic knowledge of relational database systems
  • Experience with customer relationship management applications such as SAP, Microsoft CRM, etc. is a plus. Data entry experience is also helpful.
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel
  • Strong internet research and typing skills
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team setting
  • Excellent organizational skills and detail oriented
