Product Owner Technology Integration (SAP / SFDC / Cloud)

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

In this role, you are responsible for driving Integration solutions in SAP CPI / PO and other potential future additional integration service bus solutions to the cloud (MS Azure / IoT / Kafka/ MuleSoft solutions). You will be managing projects in the Integration, Enterprise Architecture, IoT area. You will report to the Manager of Digital Transformation Services in Greifensee, Switzerland.

Your responsibilities:
  • Be a Product owner for all integration-related scenarios in the future digital enterprise architecture. 
  • Drive integration and adoption of SAP Business Technology Platform Cloud / SaaS / IoT area.
  • Translate integration business requirements to technical requirements.
  • Plan and Project Management in integration-related projects.
  • Drive Enterprise Architecture related topics and projects.
  • Ensure that the quality of IT EDI / integration technology services provided corresponds to negotiated KPIs and ensure quality control through continuous review and gradual improvements.
  • Work with Team Lead SAP CPI / PO and other functional leads for project alignment and during execution.
  • Manage relationships with Digital Transformation Services stakeholders and ensure the highest level of service quality.
  • Collaborate with Operations teams within the respective area.

What You Need to Succeed

  • At least 3 years of experience within a similar role (eg. as Project manager or Product Owner) in a global environment.
  • Multiple years of experience in SAP technology, SAP integration CPI or PO, EDI Technology.
  • Experience in different integration solutions e.g. Kafka, MuleSoft, etc.
  • Proficiency in English (fluent).
  • Ability to communicate across different functional teams with various cultural backgrounds.
  • Experience with stakeholder management between IT and business (Global Process Owners, system owners on the business side (mission-critical applications).
  • More than 5 cycles of end-to-end Project Management in the data integration area.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Agile delivery.
  • Open for international travel depending on business needs (approx. 10%).
