Analytical Chemistry Telesales Account Manager

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

The key responsibility of the Analytical Chemistry Telesales Account Manager is to respond to prequalified hot leads in dedicated customer accounts to achieve against your own personal sales revenue target and specific KPIs.

You will manage your own sales pipeline, working closely with sales managers and product specialist to build quotation packages for your customers. By building rapport over the phone you will convert these quotations into sales and expand within your dedicated accounts by identifying opportunities for product demonstrations, uncovering new projects or promoting cross-divisional product sales.

What You Need to Succeed

    • Ideally have worked in telesales environment
    • A degree in science or a keen interest in this area
    • IT literate with a keen eye for accuracy
    • You will have the ability to analyse the current market place and business trends
    • The ability to absorb and retain highly technical Information
    • B2B experience
    • Good time management/planning skills
