Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

· Resolving Disputes raised by customer to Collection team through calls/emails. 
· Ensuring timely registering of cases on SharePoint site to trigger workflow. 
· Escalating the old cases to process experts/counter parts if not resolved within SLA. 
· Meeting productivity and quality benchmark defined from time to time 
· Ensuring regular communication with Business Unit personnel to ensure issues are resolved immediately 
· Ensuring operational performance through Team Presentations, Process Quality Initiatives, etc. 
· Ensuring deliverables as per agreed SLA's.

What You Need to Succeed

§ 3-4 years' experience into International customer service preferably into cash collections and Dispute Management. 
§ SAP knowledge will be preferred.
§ Telephonic skills should be excellent
