HR and Training Coordinator

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

·       Working with the Talent Acquisition team, provide professional support to line managers during recruitment projects and interviews.

·       Monitor and conduct induction programmes which support the local unit and global culture. Working with the line managers, to ensure that all new starters are provided with the information, training and tools to successfully perform their role.

 ·       Ensure leaver process is completed by HR and line management.  Conduct Exit Interviews, summarise feedback on Excel Form, and collate MT-UK summary document.  Prepare report on feedback to each line manager, in conjunction with the HRO.

 ·       Support  the absence management, including being involved in training managers on the absence management process, Occupational Health referrals, and monitor return to work process.

·      Support line managers with administration for disciplinary, grievance, redundancy and other employee relations matters. In conjunction with HRO, advise on policy/ procedures.  Ensure policy is followed consistently, investigations are carried out, notes are taken during meetings and post hearing documentation is prepared.

 ·       Ensure that all personal data is managed in line with GDPR

 ·       Responsible for training process, conducting a training needs analysis for local training requirements outside of corporate training programs, advising on the training need, assist with sourcing and coordinating training events , assist with evaluating and logging on LMS

 ·       Manage and monitor all training agreements ensuring all administration and costs are recorded

What You Need to Succeed

CIPD Level 3/5 or relevant experience

Experience in a busy HR environment which is focused on delivering excellent customer service.

Experience of end to end administration of ER cases, and confidence to advise on some ER cases

Ability to influence at all levels of the business and build lasting working relationships

Passion for learning and development

Knowledge of training coordination and using a learning management system

Ability to assess training needs, through conducting TNA

Attention to details, follow up and follow through on commitments and ability to drive accountability.

Organisation skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and setting priorities in a fast paced environment.

Have a positive can do attitude and applies a proactive approach to all areas of work.
