7904-Marketing Manager


  • Grasp marketing knowledge and skills systematically and comprehensively. Keep pace with the latest trends. Seeking for innovative ways to strengthen brand and cultivate customer loyalty. 
  • Intimately work with customers, deeply understand their process, pain points and demand, closely watch main competitors’ action, finding out their tendency. Create our value proposition and competing strategy accordingly, build up leadership in selected attractive segments. 
  • Leading Pre-Sales team to support the penetration of benchmark KA. Meanwhile, optimize segment solutions, channel strategy, summarize and share best practices. Training and certificating the sales team, including channels, with latest sales tools and package.
  • Analyze market penetration rate by segments and regions. Help to optimize the allocation of sales resource, including channels, for better covering the market opportunities.  
  • Expanding customer data, exploring market leads through effective market campaigns and tools for sustainable growth. 
  • Improve operating profit and market share through effective price management. 
  • Work closely with product development team in China and group level to initiate improvements and innovation of products, solutions and services.  
  • Developing the team with more professional marketing skills and capability.


  • Education
    - Bachelor degree or above, preferably in Business Management, IT, Communication or Electronics related majors.
    - Other majors might be accepted if combine with the relevant experience.
  • Working years
    - 5 years in marketing area
    - 3 years in team management position
  • Languages
    - An excellent command of English in both writing and speaking is essential.
  • Soft skills
    - Must have strong leadership, willing and able to help, coach, and mentor the team at all times. Lead by setting a good example. A team player and willing to play by the rules of the organization.
    - Must be open-minded, demanding but fair, patient, honest, straightforward.
    - Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    - Innovative and aggressive.
    - A problem-solver, able to make tough decision at all times.
  • Ideal experience
    - Candidates will come from light industrial instruments and equipment field such as inspection, testing, metrology or IT related area.
    - Must have a successful management experience and a proven record of accomplishment as head of a marketing team.
