Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

  • Define & execute China business growth strategy and align with global strategy, become major contributor towards MT China’s organic growth strategy.
  • Application inquisitive to seek projects with SBU (Strategic Business Unit) which lead to new project acquisition in existing and new areas that fall within MT competencies. 
  • Increase sales and market share of the MT China business through defining new products / applications / segments.
  • Responsible to lead the cross functional team through the PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) process from product identification to market launch, professional present MT product portfolio. 
  • Identify new technology or application trends in the market place, work in close cooperation with the sales / marketing and engineering teams, fill new product pipeline and win projects to ensure future business growth.
  • Translate the voice of customer into product requirements & specification, provide MRD (Marketing Requirement Document) to MT internal team.
  • Support on market initiatives, segmentation, applications and competitor market analysis, etc.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Education 
    • Bachler or Master Degree in Engineering 
    • MBA is preferred 
  • Working experiences 
    •  3+ years' experience in instruments, chemicals, electronics, mechatronics, marketing, business development etc. 
  • Professional skills
    • High degree of knowledge in chemical and / or electronics and / or mechatronics business, technical knowledge and good understanding of instrument / automation / electronics, applications and systems, instrument business experience is preferred 
    • Basic knowledge in business administration, good understanding about cost and invest structures, business acumen within the instrument business environment is preferred 
    • Have tool & process knowledge: MS Office; PLM / SAP; Cost Calculation Sheet / NPV; Lean product development / SAFe practice is preferred 
    • Strong team player with good communication skills, professional communication & presentation skill with fluent English, also in written and verbal form 
    • Ability to create ideas to generate an advantage for product in the marketing, strong capability to turn customer needs into a business opportunities 
    • Ability to manage or work with a cross functional team in a matrix organization, ability to build internal/external customer relationship 
    • Innovative thinker and problem solver. Willingness to push for better solutions and results
