Technical Project Coordinator

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

In this position you will support the planning, execution and delivery of projects for an assigned service. This may include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. As a PMO Coordinator you will be required to collaborate with the business, as well as analyze and document the business and system requirements for other projects/enhancements within the Digital Workplace Solutions functions such as Collaboration, Desktop and Mobile tools.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 
  • Maintain a close alignment between business stakeholders and Digital Workplace team members to create and maintain a project and business requirements overview for assigned projects and/or services. 
  • Ensure timely communication with business stakeholders regarding roadmap and project timelines. 
  • Ensure the Digital Business Services project framework is consistently used and projects are maintained in designated tools. 
  • Provide weekly and monthly status reports for all assigned projects. 
  • Report on project KPIs as projects are delivered against the program roadmap 
  • Support all team members in achieving project and service targets as well as delivery excellence. 
  • Other duties may be assigned.

What You Need to Succeed

Education, Experience & Skills 
  • Bachelors degree 
  • Experience with multiple projects and delivery teams in globally distributed environments 
  • Project Coordinator experience in a fast paced, high attention to detail environment
  • Experienced in working in a matrixed organization across borders, cultures, and time-zones 
  • Critical thinking and problem solving 
  • Excellent English language skills (written and spoken).
