IT Contract Administrator 100% (f/m/d)

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

The Vendor Management team as a part of our Digital Business Services (DBS) is in charge of managing activities related to the establishment or renewal of service contracts between DBS and its vendors. The position is located at our global operational headquarters in Greifensee and reports to the Head of Vendor & Commercials Management. In order to strengthen our team we are looking for a IT Contract Administrator 100% (f/m/d) 

In this role, your responsibilities would include: 
  • You will partner with DBS service owners to proactively review requirements for IT contract renewals as well as review and conform existing contract terms to corporate standards and company goals
  • You will support DBS with market survey activities and proactively trigger timely contract renewal process, contract improvement initiatives, or other activities along the vendor contract lifecycle
  • Furthermore you will communicate with vendors regarding notices, terminations, and potential escalations
  • Host Quarterly Review Meetings with vendors to assess progress on service delivery belong to your tasks as supporting DBS organization overall on improving VCM processes

What You Need to Succeed

Following requirements are necessary for this role:
  • You have a Bachelor degree in Informatics, Business Administration, Legal or similar combined with some years of experience in contract administration with IT products or services 
  • Knowledge of contract law and/or procurement practices and familiarity with legal requirements and terms of use are required
  • You have a good understanding of IT processes and technologies
  • You put attention to details and are able to work productively independently and as part of a team
  • You have solid communication and presentation skills in English, German would be a plus, combined with the ability to work in a global and fast-moving environment (cultural awareness)
