Regional Service Leader - Retail

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

A Region Service Manager is responsible for all aspects of leadership, as well as tactical implementation of business programs, and management of all operational issues. He/she collaborates with the National Service Manager to develop strategy. 

Other Responsibilities Include: 
  • Responsible for executing the vision of success in Service 
  • Leads a direct service organization that requires focus on growth, operational excellence and personnel development 
  • Reviews monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and makes business adjustments as required 
  • Directs operations (Technicians) to achieve the business targets and other performance goals while maintaining a focus on the overall success of Service Operations 
  • Designated Territory - Arizona, California, Idaho, Oregon, Nevada, Utah and Washington 
  • Expected overnight travel is 30%

What You Need to Succeed

The position requires the equivalent of at least a Bachelor’s degree, e.g. service management, business, etc. and/ or 10 years of service operations experience within the industry.
