Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate employee information in SAP HCM as required (new hire, terminations, pay/position changes, organizational assignments, personal data, provide reports as requested, etc.)
- Assist with recruitment support functions as needed ie scheduling interviews, drafting offer letters, sending new and post hire information
- Conduct new hire orientations as required
- Manage creation and maintenance of personnel files
- Work with the recruiting and HR team to complete I-9 and e-verify for new hires.
- Support existing and new employee engagement activities (Staff Morale Activities Committee, Above and Beyond, Service Awards, etc)
- Maintain HR data tracking outside of SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) (e.g., tuition reimbursement, progressive discipline reports, org charts, and various reports).
- Assist with maintenance of SharePoint site
- Assist with job fairs, Manufacturing Day and other company initiatives.
- Complete other duties or projects and/or programs as required.
Education & Experience
- High school diploma
- Two (2) plus years of HR experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with personnel at various levels within the organization.
- Proven PC skills and experience using various software packages are required, i.e. Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
- Follow up and detail orientation.
- Tact, diplomacy and the ability to enlist the support of others.
- Proven ability to work with all levels of employees required.
- Required to adhere to high levels of confidentiality and integrity at all times.
- Outstanding time management skills and the ability to work in a very fast-paced environment.
