Some of our customers love to talk through things with us over the phone, others much prefer to communicate with us solely on email. Naturally we prefer the former as it much easier to build relationships this way but we will always strive to meet our customers' requirements. Our targets here are related to revenue and as such all of our Internal Account Managers have the autonomy to communicate with our customers how they see fit. We do love to see them on the phone though.

This role has a lot of autonomy as you will be responsible for managing your own sales pipeline and will work closely with the Sales Managers for your product line to understand the changing priorities this brings.
