- Assist IT Area Manager in executing IT tasks assigned for a specific business unit.
- Assist Local IT in executing routine and repetitive tasks such as contacting and pushing end users in patching, upgrading their computers.
- Assist Local IT in fulfilling other IT tasks that fall under Local IT’s responsibilities.
- Communicate, follow up with end users until resolution of the tasks given to meet the target given.
- Responsible for the provisioning of IT Service Requests within the agreed SLA for local IT.
- Focus on both the manual completion of open requests, and continuously looking for opportunities to improve the process and remove manual effort in fulfilling requests, either via automation or simplify the process.
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline but with keen interest in IT/Computer with at least a year of IT support or Technical Support experience
- Advanced ability to gather, monitor and document data
- Understand the ITIL framework
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Additional IT knowledge will be added advantage: Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, MS Teams, LAN, VPN & Wireless, Antivirus, Windows 10
- Initiative, able to work independently, good team player
- Communicative, able to work in virtual international team
