IT Asset Management Administrator 80-100%
  • In this role, you will play a key role in establishing and operating a professional IT asset management. You will be part of our IT Asset Management team in the Digital Workplace Solutions department and have the opportunity to take over varied and exciting tasks.

Your main responsibilities will include:
  • Procurement, distribution and allocations of software licenses
  • Manage and support of various license and partner portals
  • Creation and provision of IT asset reports and statistics
  • Cooperation in the review of compliance reports as well as internal and external software audits
  • Collaboration in guaranteeing and ensuring a license-compliant IT environment
  • Assisting the license manager in reviewing IT license contracts
  • Contribute to the further development and continuous improvement of IT Asset Management (software and hardware) within the global Digital Business Solutions department in collaboration with various global departments and decentralized business units

What You Need to Succeed

Competencies and Requirements:
  • Independent, structured and reliable work and methodical as well as conceptual strength
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel, Service Now knowledge is a plus
  • Strong interest in software and license management
  • First experiences in the area of IT Asset Management especially in Software License Management
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Proven experience in commercial processes and operations
  • Ability to adapt to different surroundings and situations in a multicultural environment
  • Open to occasional international travel
