Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
Customer Advising at METTLER TOLEDO is an important support tool. For us it means building a stronghold and support for our sales & marketing activities. Your focus is generating leads through direct customer contact via telecommunication such as telephone or email. Therefore, we are searching for professionals who like to be part in this team.
You will:
- Work closely together with the regional Sales& Marketing Teams, incl. regular alignment and briefing calls as well as onsite visits from time to time for better cross border collaboration (BNL Region).
- Independently execute campaigns which will be prepared and briefed by the specific regional campaign manager in your division:
-Conduct outbound telemarketing phone calls to customers in the BNL Region,
-Generate high quality leads for our sales teams,
-Qualify customer data in our CRM database.
What You Need to Succeed
- Fluent Dutch (accent-free).
- Proven experience in customer, sales or marketing related area will be an asset.
- Professional, proactive, communicative and customer focused personality.
- Results driven and winning mentality: you are a “people person”.
- Team player but also know how to work independently.
- Knowledge of any CRM (preferably SAP) will be an asset.
