Sales Administration Specialist with French

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

  • Enter orders into ERP system received directly from the customer via email. 
  • Prompt and accurate input of all order related details, respecting time deadlines. 
  • Answer to order related customer queries via email. 
  • Assure database integrity by validating and correcting the data housed within our CRM. 
  • Provide project management for complicated orders by using the tracking capabilities afforded by the system to assure that all possible bookings are converted to billings as quickly as timelines allow. 
  • Follow process of returns. 
  • Close cooperation with French team. 
  • Following team goals.

What You Need to Succeed

  • 1-2 years' professional experience in similar positions. 
  • Very good knowledge of spoken and written French (min. B2 level). 
  • Good knowledge of English. 
  • Good knowledge of MS Office skills (Word, Excel). 
  • Good interpersonal skills, ability to listen and provide excellent customer support. 
  • Very good organizational skills, ensuring successful remote team cooperation. 
Additionally, if you are familiar with these area that would be an asset: 
  • User experience in any ERP system. 
  • Good knowledge of Italian.
