2023 Digital Technology Rotational Associate

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

We are looking for an upcoming college graduate to join our Digital Technology team in the spring of 2023. If you are an individual that is interested in learning and experiencing a variety of roles with a global organization, this could be for you! Your responsibilities will include:

  • Design processes and build webpages for providing business units globally with data quality reports. Review data policies, business rules (SharePoint), and migration checks for alignment and add additional checks to enhance data quality.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams on the development of a new terminal for the Industrial market. This includes hardware and software system testing, application development and technical writing.
  • Improving sales force efficiency by providing quotes to customers and other administrative responsibilities associated with the sales of products and services.
  • Partner on the development of a software tool for calibration reporting. This includes requirements documentation, software testing and supporting field users during a beta test phase

What You Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Computer & Science Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Industrial & Systems Engineering, Material Science or Business Administration is required.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role from a student-led organization, internships or direct work experience.
  • Previous and/or current involvement in community service or other volunteer organizations.
  • An  entrepreneurial mindset, with a “can do” attitude, and a strong interest for technology and digital solutions. Excellent follow-through, ability to meet deadlines, decision-making and multi-tasking skills, and excellent communication skills.
  • SAP experience is a plus
  • Proficient to-advanced M/S Office skills including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
