Marketing & Sales Support Specialist

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Provide marketing support to Marketing and Sales departments in go-to-market strategies from beginning to end with the goals of increasing demand generation.

Working with the Marketing Manager to drive the development and implementation of marketing communications for the company’s products using all appropriate media formats.  This includes the use of the corporate website, development and design of marketing brochures, mailers, and advertisements.
Working with appropriate department staff to co-ordinate the development and production of technical literature to support sales activities through customer and end-user visits.
Working with the Marketing manager, facilitate the development and production of promotional material to support sales activities through customer and end-user visits.
Assist other departments/divisions as required or requested by your supervisor and other Executive Management team.
Work in conjunction with appropriate department staff to assist in the development of sales support and product launch material. Assist in preparation for trade shows/promotional events. 
Create, support, and implement marketing campaigns, some of which are web-related, basic HTML required.
Fulfill customer/sales staff promo items and non-inventoried literature requests. Monitor and ensure appropriate amount of literature inventory. Maintain marketing assets library.
Assist with the management of technical aspects of key marketing systems (marketing automation, CRM) used to generate, distribute, and report on leads. Experience with HubSpot, Marketo, SalesForce, Pardot, etc. is a plus.
Manage marketing plans and invoices for market-related expenses. Ensure all departmental, competitor, vendor, accounting, and other related files (paper and electronic) are created, updated, and maintained in an orderly manner. 

What You Need to Succeed

Bachelors or equivalent experience in Marketing/Marketing Services or communications management.
Minimum of one (1) year of sales/marketing experience preferred with a Life Sciences company, but not mandatory.  
Demonstrated ability in developing of marketing processes and understanding of marketing concepts (such as ROI – return on investment) in the life sciences industry.  
Demonstrated ability with Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite.
Familiarity of Marketing Automation Systems/CRM Platforms/Content Management Systems, helpful.
Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage projects, coordinate activities, develop, and present project proposals clearly in a well-organized manner, both orally and in writing.
Ability to travel as required to accomplish the requirements of the position.
Ability to work and meet deadlines in a fast paced and challenging environment.
Ability to travel, when requested. (May require overnight stay at times). Percentage Travel: 5%-10%.
