- Selling of the AutoChem Division’s complete range of products directly to the customers.
- To achieve sales target, profitability and cost objectives for the assigned territory in consultation with the respective Regional Manager
- Continually monitoring sales performance to ensure all customer orders are realized internally and delivered in line with customer expectations.
- Development of New customer accounts. Generate new business opportunities by identifying leads /prospects, promoting Mettler Toledo products. Takes initiative & proposes/plans/executes key activities viz. Seminars / Webinars / Mailing campaigns with RM/BM to maximize business opportunities.
- To provide demo with or without instrument (Virtual demo) to customers.
- Has flair towards learning various Chemical Process development applications.
- Maintaining and updating customer information and leads management into CRM
- To coordinate with service engineers to attend installations, routine maintenance and breakdowns.
- To interact with customers, understand the needs and positioning of the products of the company as per his requirements/applications.
- To ensure the collections on sales within the company norms of Days Outstanding.
- M.Sc. / BSc (Chemistry / Chemical Engg./ Instrumentation).
- B Pharm /M Pharm (Pharmaceutical chemistry).
- BE/B Tech/ - Chemical Engg MBA desirable
