  • 产品管理 product management
    1. 保持与SBU及本地研发的沟通,对现有产品线进行管理和维护及对未来发展方向进行规划和沟通

    Keep good alignment with SBU and local PO, manage product line and make strategy plan.
    2.
    新产品上市计划筹备、新产品发布支持文档等销售工具的准备及维护

    Product launch preparation and management, sales tool development and maintenance.
    3.
    产品市场定位、定价策略及价格表维护

    Product marketing position, price strategy and list price definition and maintenance.
    4.
    对销售进行全面的产品培训

    Product training for field sales reps.
    5.
    产品线财务数据分析(销售额和毛利等)

    Product sales revenue, C1 control and analysis.
    6.
    产品销售渠道策略及行业或区域开发计划进行建议和规划

    Sales channel, segment and regional development plan suggestion and execution.  
    7. PI
    竞争对手信息的收集及归整

    Competitor information collection and analysis.
    8.
    样机的管理和清理

    Product demo & test sample management.

  • 销售支持 Sales support
    1. 提供方案咨询,及非标产品应用方案支持,包括收集VOC,配合销售进行非标项目投标,并提供非标物料定价等。

    Provide right solution according to customer application, technical support for sales reps including project bidding support, list price set up and maintenance, etc. 
    2.
    对目标客户的产品进行测试及对新销售人员的配置表协助确认

    Product testing; product configuration tools quality check and control for new sales reps.
    3.
    保持与国外SBU的日常沟通,包括应用项目的可行性、特殊方案咨询、索取资料和图纸及参加SBU的网络会议等事宜。

    Regularly communication with SBU for product application, solution discussion, product document, product management meeting etc. 

  • 市场活动 Marketing activity
    1.
    协助MARCOM同事对研讨会、路演、展会等市场活动的准备及现场演讲

    Support MARCOM colleagues on seminar, road show, and exhibition.
    2.
    对广告、新闻发布、DM活动等从产品线的角度提出内容建议

    Advertisement, news release, DM, SEO, SEM and other marketing activates support.

  • 产品专家 Product expert
    1.
    对于产品检测业务重大项目的支持

    Provide Project support as product expert.
    2.
    产品检测行业应用案例的整理及内部发布

    Success case study and distribution.

What You Need to Succeed

  • 教育背景: 机电专业本科学历

    Education: Machinery and Electronics major, Bachelor degree or above,

  • 工作年限: 相关岗位3年以上工作经验

    Working years: Minimum of three years

  • 行业要求:  食品、制药行业工作经验

    Industry background: work experience on Food and pharma industry

  • 专业技能要求:良好的客户谈判及销售经验

    Professional skill: Strong skill on project negotiation and direct sales.
