Regional Service Manager

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

This position is a first line manager responsible for daily supervision of Field Service Engineers performing on-site equipment commissioning and installation, PMPV, repair and training services on Eagle Product Inspection equipment. The Regional Service Manager is responsible  to ensure all Field Service Engineers are fully trained and able to execute all assigned services and support tasks, including required administrative tasks as part of the role.  This person is the first line of support for field service issues and works collaboratively with the Service Manager, North America to resolve, root cause, and continuously improve service operations. 


What You Need to Succeed

  • 2-3 years supervisor or manager experience
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a service role and, at minimum, an associate degree (bachelor's degree preferred) or equivalent
  • Preferred experience working in the Food Manufacturing industry
  • Preferred technical aptitude and familiarity with electrical wiring and schematics, conveyor systems, radiation generating equipment.
  • Ability to speak and present ideas to a large group.
  • Willing to travel up to 80-100%
