Customer Service Representative

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Rainin is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative in the Oakland, CA area who will be answering calls from customers needing service. As our Customer Service Representative, you will expertly and courteously represent the company on phone calls, getting to the root of the question or problem and confirming service time of arrival. 

Your responsibilities would include: 
  • Adding new customers to our business system and maintain customer records. 
  • Participating in marketing and sales campaigns. 
  • Assisting with customer transaction questions. 
  • Finding chances to create leads for sales.
