Hiring for Inside Sales

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

-To ensure timely support to FSRs and to help them to max coverage of designated sites and to achieve Quarterly Net Sales.
- Support to Achieve Quarterly NSV targets from designated P & F sites of FSRs.
- Handling mt.com leads for OEM,VEH and T &L , lead allocations and followups.
- Backend support for OEM to FSRs
(a) CRM & SAP activities (Lead/ Opp/ Quote Creation & update in CRM)
(b) Customer co-ordination through e-mails, calls etc for leads/ opp nurturing, warm-up, query resolutions, maturity…
- Support Penetration plan of chosen P sites for FSRs through appointments freezing, activities monitoring etc.
- Internal coordinations( FSR/BM/RM/Engineering/SA/Commerical)
- Quote Recycling

What You Need to Succeed

-Must possess good communication skills in English and Local language.
- Relevant experience in sales.
- Technical Qualification
- Exposure to SAP / CRM
