Service Contract Co-ordinator

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

This is a temporary role until October 2022.
  • Ensure contract renewals are carried out in timely manner every month.
  • Progress all contract leads to relevant outcome within agreed SLA.
  • Process contract amendments quickly and accurately.

  • Manage customer escalations effectively to the relevant outcome.
  • General daily tasks - including maintaining contracts inbox, calls to existing customers, completion of adhoc tasks as required.
  • Support field sales team as necessary.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Proactive and works well on own initiative.
  • Proficient with MS Excel and MS Outlook.
